摘要: Despite advances in rockburst studies, suddenness of major geodynamic events is reported a number cases. Phenomenological tectonophysical model suggested to explain some geodynamics phenomena. Prof. Petukhov I.M. concept: the Earth crust's critical stress condition developed due horizontal compressive forces and entrains rock strata from sub-surface certain depth. The conditions that induced earthquake 2013 at Bachat coal field south west Kuzbass are considered terms top layer crust. Estimates show size zone, produced presumably by interaction huge (over 100 km) crustal blocks least 10km. Whereas zone located part Earth's crust, mining operations pit including blast was making direct impact on this area. Shallow occurrence area its can provide insight into why works brought about with hypocenter depth several kilometers. conclusion has been made regional areas within massif as result create hazard medium for mining.
