摘要: Growth is one of the most important and desired economic traits for aquaculture species, identification loci controlling growth a difficult task without genomic sequences. In this study, liver transcriptomes two groups (F S) bighead carp (Hypophthalmichthys nobilis) within full-sib family with significant differences in rate were sequenced. Following de novo assembly combined reads from groups, total 410 differentially expressed genes identified. Functional annotation analysis these indicated that some involved regulation glucose levels lipid metabolism, particularly fatty acid oxidation transport. addition to on expression between we also identified many non-synonymous coding single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) specific each group, including SNPs 4 metabolism process (GO: 0006629). These gene DNA sequences may part comprise genetic background early carp.
