摘要: Gentianella aspera is a biennial plant of various nutrient-poor grasslands that has become rare in the landscapes outside Alps eastern Austria. Using AFLP fingerprinting we investigated: (1) effects spatial structure on genetic large vineyard population confined to embankments separating grapevines; (2) temporal variation diversity and this population; (3) relationships with other populations regional context. On scale, moderate isolation by distance among was revealed Mantel test. Bayesian analysis indicated three spatially distinct gene pools an additional one within population. Within population, autocorrelation positive correlation between up 50 m. Patterns found PCoA were not line priori defined subpopulations substantial flow across embankments. AMOVA low differentiation both linear two local groups these subpopulations. We found, however, striking differences among-group 2 years, i.e., generations those generations. This due highly variable larger group younger generation, which pool identified structure. Based results discuss scenarios dynamics G. populations.
