摘要: Each 19S regulator of the 26S proteasome contains six ATPase subunits as well many (>14) non-ATPase protein subunits. The have been detected in other complexes which may regulate transcription and possibly cellular processes. S10b (yeast SUG2 or human p42) S6′ (TBP1) ATPases found an activator complex (modulator) prepared from bovine red cells. We identified partially characterised a similar different tissues (from soluble extracts brain, placenta embryonic kidney cells) insect: is present abdominal intersegmental muscle Manduca sexta. Activation ATP concentration dependent. There no stimulation cell-derived 20S by ruling out 11S preparations.
