摘要: The aim of the present study was to investigate how changes in heart rate variability (HRV) after a 6 month long aerobic dance or step-dance programme are related adherence, exercise intensity and initial level HRV. experimental group consisted 44 women aged 47.3 ± 5.4 years. Methods used were spectral analysis short term recordings R-R intervals incremental uphill walk jog test till maximum on treadmill. Intervention exercise, done for period six months, three times per week, 40-45 minutes. Exercise monitored followed using monitors rate. There great differences among realised training units (9-73). average weight decrease which occurred measured from 72.1 12.9 kg 71.1 11.8 VO2max increase 33.3 5.7 ml.kg-1.min-1 37.0 5.1 ml.kg-1.min-1. did not cause any statistically significant parameters Only two characteristics intervention (total duration part exercise) correlated with A negative correlation found between most HRV their changes. Correlation analyses suggested that shift power sympathetic parasympathetic happened higher adherence programme, but it shown influence volume quality suppressed by each parameter lower worse values these before starting greater increases half year. With regards relationship ANS activity, is possible state light its impact could serve as suitable activity more subjects power.
