摘要: The condensation of the reaction intermediates GG was traced by using gel permeation chromatography (GPC). It found that molecular weights products initially increased with progress and then gradually approached an equilibrious distribution. time required to approach equilibrium mainly dependent on temperature, while weight distribution in state dominated phenol/GG ratio. self-condensation gave rise multi-condensed ranging from several hundreds thousands. were characterized GPC IR. results revealed both amount product its significantly a decrease ratio, indicating phenol played important role restraining reactive intermediates. IR analysis constituent units similar those intermediates, suggesting there no new type occurring formation other than simple coupling
