摘要: Abstract In this work we characterized two types of Pt–Sn bimetallic catalysts: a `model' catalyst made by sequentially evaporating the metals on planar SiO2 film deposited 3 mm gold grid and series `real' catalysts prepared impregnation method SiO2, TiO2 Al2O3 were called catalysts. Lattice spacings from high resolution electron micrographs exhibited differences between catalysts, implying that preparation affects formation different chemical phases. We observed core-shell morphologies in both which implies segregation phases at surface particles. The also studied with X-ray diffraction to compare formed HREM measurements. used dehydrogenation cyclohexane as test reaction study catalytic behaviour Pt when add Sn. Catalysts atomic concentrations order observe changes activity selectivity.
