Diversity in clinical guidelines: the role of repertoires of evaluation

摘要: Clinical practice guidelines are one of the main tools by which clinicians, policy makers and patients hope to make health care less variable, more reliable efficient, but there is little understanding processes clinical guidance put together guideline groups. This paper describes social organisation knowledge within development drawing on sociology situated judgement. Two were observed, group meetings (N=21) recorded analysed qualitatively. Data analysis suggested that comes existence through combination repertoires evaluation, organised around four different epistemic criteria: robustness, usability, acceptability adequacy. research provides a detailed layered dynamics involved in developing recommendations for appropriate specific circumstance.
