摘要: Nuclear magnetic relaxation measurements of water in gels made crosslinked dextran or polyacrylamide (water content, 30-60 wt%) were carried out using broad-line proton-pulsed NMR. Both T1 and T2 values showed inflection against pore size, i.e., the size compartment by crosslinks polymer gels. (or T1) obtained for with compartments smaller than critical remained low within range content used this experiment. Those larger compartments, on other hand, became higher increasing size. When was also content. The point can be considered to correspond below which motion compartmentalized is more less restricted. small, however, not only effect molecular but that proton exchange between gel matrix hydration should taken into consideration interpretation short times observed, especially T2. results investigation might provide useful information explanation evaluation tissue.
