摘要: The ability to associate physiological changes with a specific flavor was most likely acquired during evolution as an adaptive strategy aimed at protecting the organism while preparing it for danger. behaviorally conditioned or learned immune response is exquisite example of bidirectional communication between central nervous system (CNS) and peripheral system. How possible that immuno-modulating properties drug substance (unconditioned stimulus) can be re-enlisted just by mere re-exposure particular taste, odor environment (conditioned stimulus)? To answer this key question, we review neurobiological mechanism mediating type associative learning, well pathways mechanisms employed brain harness execution response. Finally, focus on potential therapeutic relevance such responses, their re-conceptualization within framework "learned placebo effects".
