摘要: Lithium intercalated InSe has been shown to function as a cathode in lithium batteries. insertion results structural modification create superlattice that induces new Raman peaks by folding of the phonon branches. The presence alternating sheets Li+ ions causes alterations electronic band structure due complementary Coulomb interaction is itself evident through changes exciton binding energies. In ions, radiative recombination centres are also observed.
