摘要: The immunophenotype of HT29 human colon cancer cells implanted into severe combined immunodeficient mice was assessed in primary tumours and their metastases the lungs using an indirect immunohistochemical method. After were surgically removed, given time to develop, thus paralleling clinical situation. While vimentin negative both secondary tumours, E-cadherin present as membrane-bound labelling only. Whereas markers p53, MIB1, PCNA CEA consistently positive metastatic CD44 variant 6 CA125 but tumours. There a significant increase percentage labelled for p53 compared with metastases. For proliferation markers, there no difference between MIB1. Of cytokeratins examined, CK 20 gave strongest most consistent reaction results indicate that, certain are same Hence, these cases, antigens that expressed on tumour well can serve target molecules immunologically based forms treatment
