摘要: Infection of cells with African swine fever virus (ASFV) can lead to the formation zipper-like stacks structural proteins attached collapsed endoplasmic reticulum (ER) cisternae. We show that collapse ER cisternae observed during ASFV infection is dependent on viral envelope protein, J13Lp. Expression J13Lp alone in sufficient induce Collapse was a cysteine residue N-terminal domain exposed lumen. Luminal also expression within where antiparallel interactions between cytoplasmic domains orientated across Cisternal then driven by disulphide bonds arranged arrays This provides novel mechanism for biogenesis modified present infected ASFV, and may be relevant cellular processes.
