摘要: Abstract Objective: Several surgical and technical mechanisms have been proposed for the development of port-site metastasis, but influence tumor host biologic factors has not emphasized. We present a case pelvic chordoma that metastasized to prior laparoscopic radical nephrectomy port-site. Methods: A 62-year-old woman underwent (LRN) pT1b grade 3 renal cell carcinoma, followed 6 weeks later by resection sacral chordoma. The incisions areas dissection two procedures were discontinuous. Results: Eight months following LRN she developed nodule in one port-sites. metastasis was treated with wide resection, which confirmed as metastatic on histologic examination. Conclusion: Based chronological sequence physical distance between sites, only biological could contributed this metastasis. This unusual highlights important role play
