摘要: Numerical simulations on the AC loss characteristics in a thin high-temperature superconducting (HTS) tube are presented. Geometry of HTS conductor is modeled as with negligible thickness, and assumed to carry transport current same phase an externally applied magnetic held perpendicular axis. Based classical theory Bean critical model, distribution density jc Q obtained by means numerical analysis. The results very good agreement experiments. A double-peak profile observed curve along azimuth angle. This simulation method suitable for tube, which may be applicable configuration consisting coated superconductors.
