摘要: Abstract Background An adequate number of high-quality nurses are a key factor for superior patient outcomes. However, in 2015, Cambodia reported only 52 with bachelor's degrees, three master's and one doctorate. The fast track to getting highly educated nursing workforce requires providing bridging program associate's degree achieve baccalaureate degrees. Objectives To assess improvement the competency students faculty members through that prepares obtain degrees Cambodia. Design Mixed methods.
