摘要: Abstract Context.—Sclerosing hemangioma of the lung is well characterized histologically, but line differentiation expressed by tumor cells has been unclear. Despite implication its name a vascular neoplasm, sclerosing considered most authorities to be an epithelial tumor, possibly related pulmonary epithelium. Objectives.—To determine with immunohistochemistry and review literature. Design.—Nine cases histologically typical were studied pan-epithelial (epithelial membrane antigen [EMA] CAM 5.2), endothelial (CD31), neuroendocrine (chromogranin A), markers (thyroid transcription factor-1 PE10).
