摘要: In this study, 8 mol% yttria-stabilized cubic zirconia (8YSZ) powder as a matrix material and 0-15 wt.% La2O3 an additive were used to determine the effect of addition its amount on phase stability, microstructure, sintering, mechanical properties 8YSZ. Colloidal processing was mix powders uniformly obtain homogenous microstructure. XRD results showed existence only crystal structure for 1 5 amounts. However, La2Zr2O7 with hexagonal observed in 8YSZ specimens doped 10 15 La2O3. Further, up completely dissolved specimens; however, above wt.%, reacted at high temperatures formed pyrochloric La2Zr2O7.
