摘要: The invention provides a chewing gum packaging detection system and method. comprises conveyer belt assembly, support frame, camera light source sensor controller, rejection device, an alarm PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) industrial personal computer. the device are electrically connected with computer through PLC; assembly backlight source; arranged at upper part of frame; photo shot by is transmitted to gives out OK or NG result, drives reject unqualified products same time, qualified enter next process along assembly. According method provided invention, vision replaces human eye detection, so that defective prevented from mixing into products, production efficiency quality level improved, cost saved.
