摘要: Abstract The effects of the stirring speed, temperature, initial chlorine and chloride concentrations, particle size, addition order reactants slags on copper iron dissolution from reverberatory flash furnace were investigated. Extractions in range 75 80% Cu about 5% Fe obtained at room temperature. most significant parameters size concentration. A mineralogical characterization smelting slags, using X-ray diffraction (XRD), optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) coupled to an energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) microanalysis (EPMA), was made. This indicated that is form metallic copper, chalcocite, bornite other complex sulphides very small mainly 5–10 μ m. Iron present principally as matrix a vitreous phase, fayalite magnetite. An average only 0.2–0.4% found silicate phases.
