摘要: Abstract A new method of amplifying short DNA molecules immobilized on a solid support has been developed. This uses solid-phase rolling circle replication reaction, termed amplification (RCA). The probe consists single-stranded primer anchored at the 5′ terminus to and single stranded template hybridized primer. Here, ligase was used circularize template, polymerase I extend in reaction. identify known polymorphism BRCA1 exon 5.
