摘要: A method of measuring a three-dimensional position workpiece by using laser unit provided at hand portion an industrial robot, the including image recognition camera and first second beam sources for emitting lateral vertical slit beams, respectively, comprising steps of: positioning such that confronts workpiece; beams towards from sources, respectively; inputting on workpiece, as images, into camera, detecting point maximum output edge in another image; calculating based amount deviation preset reference point.
