摘要: Provided herein are methods for assessing cell surface glycans, e.g., N-glycans, by a sample of released and determining the presence, absence, or level glycans present in sample. Also provided assaying and/or evaluating composition glycan profile comparing to reference Methods manufacturing culturing plurality compositions having consistent expression with low variability also provided.
