摘要: The blood supply to the brain and cranial part of spinal cord is derived from great vessels which arise aortic arch in superior mediastinum: brachiocephalic trunk, left common carotid subclavian arteries. Most interest about detection treatment cerebral atherosclerosis concerns internal arteries because 80% total flow through tissue transported by these vessels. Moreover, this cerebrovascular tree easily accessible diagnostic techniques surgical procedures. However, since vertebral are often as large as, sometimes larger than, at point where they penetrate dura vital centers stem, a careful reliable investigation innominate subclavian-vertebral arterial system patients with disease also important.
