摘要: Competitive advantage arises from the variousactivities a firm performs in designing, producing, marketing, delivering, andsupporting its product. A conceptual model of competitive smallfirms is constructed, drawing on current research strategy andcompetitiveness small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs). One components change agent (intrapreneur), whomust have necessary interpersonal skills to build both internal andexternal networks knowledgeable contacts.The intrapreneur's willingness toforge external links will afford better communication with customers,suppliers, competitors.Internal connections allow intrapreneur todisseminate new information throughout organization. Because organizations distinct being able torespond changes marketplace more quickly than their largercompetitors, employees must be willing develop skills, while managersmust recruit reward staff way that facilitates innovation.
