摘要: A method and apparatus used by a communication system (100) to optimize the re-registration of users that use variable speed multiple-user unit (VSMCU) (110). VSMCUs (110) can be located on mobile vehicles, these vehicles move at different speeds times. collect registration information, obtain velocity determine distances, factors. send factors system. The uses modified ring-alert area for associated VSMCU.
