摘要: The aim of this research project is to provide the NSW Environment Protection Authority (NSW EPA) with a better understanding opportunities and barriers reduce amount food waste going landfill from wholesale, logistics retail sector. This report presents findings provides series recommendations as how EPA can most effectively engage these sectors within supply chain maximise performance while minimising disruption costs
