摘要: This article analyses the issue of discipline violations in a Russian textile company. Discipline proliferated Soviet times and were tolerated by managers. The cause has been identified limited form control exercised over production process, resulting from social relations existing Union. Evidence case study indicates that no fundamental change occurred this area since transition. research documents material psychological hardships experienced workers, relational practices constraining line managers, it tries to discern conceptual operative limits disciplinary campaigns top management.
