摘要: Viscosity, osmotic pressure and light scattering measurements on polymethyl-methacrylate solutions in different solvents are described. The results indicate that the molecule has structure of a coiled chain whose root mean square distance between ends is three times as large, good solvent, theoretical value with absolute free rotation. Relations viscosity molecular weight given for acetone, methyl-ethyl-ketone chloroform at 25° C. The disagreement previous relation Baxendale, Bywater Evans discussed. Debye's theory been applied satisfactory agreement seems to be limited solvents.
