摘要: We have used different cell markers to trace the development of sensory cells thoracic microchaete. Our results dictate a revision in currently accepted model for lineage within mechanosensory bristle. The organ progenitor divides form two secondary progenitors: PIIa and PIIb. PIIb first give rise tertiary progenitor-PIII glial cell. This is followed by division shaft socket as described before. PIII expresses high levels Elav low Prospero produce neuron sheath. Its sibling recognized marker, Repo. migrates away from other following differentiation. proposed modification has important implications previous studies on fate choice specification systems.
