摘要: Twenty-six bacteria were examined for the presence of penicillin acylase and beta-lactamase. A copper reducing assay, which was sensitive in analytical range 2-20 micrograms/ml, used determination penicilloates a fluorescamine assay to determine 6-aminopenicillanic acid concentrations when both substances produced by action enzymes on single substrate. Seventeen contained beta-lactamases, six acylases four enzymes. Two Type 1 II enzyme. No ampicillin detected. All beta-lactamases constitutive those organisms where co-existed. Bacillus subtilis B. cereus inducible extracellular beta-lactamases. Acinetobacter calcoaceticus ATCC 21288 beta-lactamase detected extracellularly.
