摘要: Abstract The ν 3 and 1 IR bands of water dissolved in benzene, toluene, cumene, xylenes, CCl 2 FCClF , 4 CS CDCl CH ClCH Cl were observed. On the basis to band intensity ratio it is concluded that aromatic solvents forms a single hydrogen bond acts as proton donor. Additionally based on shifts suggested Cl, plays electron donor role.
