摘要: Abstract Eu 3+ -doped lead-free K 1 − x Na NbO 3 piezoelectric ceramics were synthesized by a conventional solid-state reaction technique. The structure transition related to the monoclinic phase orthorhombic is located in x = 0.50 measuring dielectric and constants of ceramics. Increasing from 0.42 0.56, photoluminescence peak intensity red emission at 615 nm decreased firstly then increases, giving extreme point 0.50. strong dependence on was attributed high hypersensitivity changes lattice environment. advantages noncontact, quick response simple operation make it potential be used investigating compositional near morphotropic boundary
