摘要: A colorimetric assay, based on the release of dye from a paper substrate, is described as simple and rapid means detecting cellulolytic activity. It readily adaptable to rapidly screening in situ large numbers fungal liquid cultures. Since it nondestructive samples can be recovered for later use.
