摘要: The Single Cell Gel Electrophoresis (SCGE) Assay also known as Comet is a rapid, simple and visual technique for assessing DNA damage in individual cells. Effect of UV-B was studied by irradiating human leucocytes. Irradiation leucocyte increases the instability, which can be assessed Assay. blood samples were exposed to radiation various time period correlation found out between length comet tail exposure UV radiation. irradiation showed clear-cut dose effect relationship.
