摘要: This paper introduces an isolated reversible DC-DC converter with a particular topology, which benefits from both the NPC (neutral point clamped) structure and series-parallel connection of converters. The key property proposed topology is output voltage elevation above blocking capabilities each switch, without taking to delicate synchronization series-connected semiconductors. composed by two identical cells, containing full bridge, medium frequency transformer converter, connected in parallel at input series output. operation principle cell, into trapezoidal modulation was implemented, similar DAB (dual active bridge). A new model improves dynamic performance controller. Simulation experimental results verify its control start-up strategy.
