摘要: Two polymorphic Ce2O3 compounds are reported: A-Ce2O3 (hexagonal, space group P 3ml) and C-Ce2O3 (cubic, T h 7 or Ia3) [1]. If was obtained by difficult carbothermic reduction reactions, the occurrence is yet controversial [2]. Structure sintaxy of R2O3 (R = rare earth element) oxides their relationship to fluorite structure RO2 have been investigated in great detail. The intermediate associated with various rare-earth elements (including cerium) can he described equivalent basic formulae: ROx (1.5 ≤ x 2) RnO2n−2 (4 n ≤∞) where n=4 leads n=∞ RO2. homologous series contains a number structures (especially hexagonal, monoclinic triclinic) built on fluorite-like lattice compound, which due oxygen-vacancy rearrangement mechanisms. Some papers were devoted preparation [3] direct higher during heating means an electron beam [4]. EM experiments demonstrated that irradiation induced unexpected phase transitions in.thin films [5].
