摘要: The influence of environmental parameters on the diversity methanogenic communities in 15 full-scale biogas plants operating under different conditions with either manure or sludge as feedstock was studied. Fluorescence situ hybridization used to identify dominant members Archaea reactor samples; enriched and pure cultures were support identification. Dominance could be identified by a positive response more than 90% total specific group-or order-level probe. There clear dichotomy between digesters digesters. contained high levels ammonia volatile fatty acids (VFA) dominated Methanosarcinaceae, while low VFA Methanosaetaceae. greater reactors mesophilic temperatures. impact original inoculum for start-up also investigated assessment present population reactor. appeared have no eventual population.
