摘要: Abstract The photovoltaic conversion efficiency of a solar cell fabricated by simple electrophoretic method with planar transparent hybrid graphenes (GPs) and single wall carbon nanotubes (SCNTs)/n-type silicon heterojunction was significantly increased compared to GPs/n-Si SCNTs/n-Si cells. power more than 1.6 fold SCNTs or GPs devices. performance improvement the device can mainly be attributed increase conductivity film. Further achieved doping film Au nanoparticles, 8.8%. fabrication processes are simple, low cost fit for scaling. results demonstrate that GPs/SCNTs/n-Si is efficient energy promising light harvesting.
