摘要: Abstract Background When using a reduced ECG lead system with three leads or less, the analysis of atrial activity during arrhythmias can become problematic due to low signal amplitude and noise. Long ago, Sir Thomas Lewis proposed for enhancement in which two electrodes are placed directly on chest, however, these sensitive arm movement artifacts. In this study, modified is that better suited ambulatory applications since areas less muscle. Materials methods The modification compared original as well ES EASI system. Forty-one healthy volunteers 10 patients fibrillation participated. Results has nearly 3 times large leads, associated largest when electromyographic volunteers. Conclusion results suggest potential improve monitoring arrhythmias.
