摘要: Rosettes of six particles have been visualized by freeze-fracture in the protoplasmic fracture (PF) faces of: a) plasma membrane, b) Golgi cisternae, and c) Golgi-derived vesicles mesophyll cells ofZinnia elegans that had induced to differentiate synchronously into tracheary elements suspension culture. These rosettes observed previously PF face membranes a variety cellulose-synthesizing are thought be important cellulose synthesis. InZinnia elements, localized membrane over regions secondary wall thickening absent between thickenings. The observation cisternae suggests apparatus is responsible for selective transport exocytosis higher plants, as has indicated algaMicrasterias (Giddings et al. 1980). data presented indicate critical role control cell deposition because it involved not only synthesis export matrix components but also an component synthesizing apparatus. present throughout enlargement thickening, suggesting new must continually inserted achieve complete thickening.
