摘要: B cell responses are a major immune protective mechanism induced against large variety of pathogens. Technical advances over the last decade, particularly in isolation and characterization subsets by multicolor flow cytometry, have demonstrated multifaceted nature pathogen-induced responses. In addition to participation follicular population, three now recognized as key contributors host defenses: marginal zone (MZ) cells, B-1a B-1b cells. Each these seems require unique activation signals react with distinct response patterns. Here we provide brief review main developmental functional features subsets. Furthermore, outline our current understanding how each subset contributes humoral influenza virus infection what regulates their differential Understanding multilayered infectious agents complex innate that shape pathogen-specific likely at heart enhancing ability induce appropriate long-lasting for prophylaxis therapy.
