摘要: The Th cell response elicited by an HIV-1 env plasmid DNA vaccine was assessed in rhesus monkeys isolation of gp120-specific, MHC class II-restricted CD4+ T lines from PBL vaccinated animals. Env-specific recognized epitopes located the second hypervariable region and carboxyl terminus gp120. These proliferated to APC presence recombinant gp120, as well expressing virally encoded Env.
