摘要: Intrasomatic and intradendritic recordings were performed in slices of the dentate gyrus maintained vitro. When barium ions (2.4 mM) substituted for calcium perfusing medium, plateau potentials appeared with an amplitude 20–40 mV which lasted from 40 ms to more than one min; during these potentials, input membrane resistance was decreased. In soma, also observed a medium containing + tetrodotoxin (0.3 or 0.6 μM); whereas, dendrites, barium-induced abolished after addition perfusion. The somatic had duration be dependent on stimulus frequency. After being contact barium-tetrodotoxin solution long period, soma potential jump between two relatively stable levels: resting state depolarized state. conclusion, conductances appear present both at dendrites granule cells; however, dendritic level, it appears that, when sodium channel permeability is blocked by tetrodotoxin, there insufficient inward current support generation action potentials.
