摘要: To overcome random experimental variation, even for simple screens, data from multiple microarrays have to be combined. There are, however, systematic differences between arrays, and any bias remaining after measures ensure consistency needs controlled for. It is often difficult make the right choice of transformation normalisation methods achieve this end. In tutorial paper we review problem a selection solutions, explaining basic principles behind procedures providing guidance their application.
