摘要: As quantitative neuroimaging continues to elucidate the gross neuropathology of schizophrenia, neurochemical and histological studies have contributed defining this pathology in terms neurotransmitter dysfunction. Increasingly, there is evidence implicating neurons containing major inhibitory brain — gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA).
