This article aims to describe safe and applicable techniques exploration. Materials Methods: was a retrospective review of prospectively maintained database two surgeons patients undergoing laparoscopic exploration at tertiary-care centers from April 2008 March 2012. Results: For 39 under 15 years age cholecystectomy, 10 cholangiograms were performed, 8 found have filling defects. Seven underwent successful with documentation clearance, 1 patient sent postoperative endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography extraction.
