摘要: Abstract A method for the detection and quantification of Penicillium roqueforti toxin (PRT) using reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography has been established. The limit quantitation this was 3 ng PRT, while 2 toxin. precision analysis based on numerous runs good. Retention times PRT were highly reproducible with an average coefficient variation about 1.6%. Analysis in solid samples showed no interference sample matrix. accuracy 98.6%, mean recoveries 96.8%, 100.4% spiked culture medium blue cheese extracts, respectively.
