摘要: BACKGROUND: During stress, vasopressin is a potent synergistic factor of CRH as hypothalamic stimulator the HPA axis. The measurements and levels are cumbersome because their instability short half-life. Copeptin more stable peptide stoichiometrically released from same precursor molecule. aim our study was to compare copeptin cortisol in different stress situations. METHODS: Three groups patients with increasing were investigated: a) healthy controls without apparent (n=20), b) hospitalized medical moderate (n=25) c) surgical 30 minutes after extubation, maximal (n=29).
