Influence of Nd3+ and Er3+ concentration on NIR luminescence properties in calcium borophosphate (CBP) phosphors

摘要: Abstract Different concentrations of neodymium (Nd3+) and erbium (Er3+) doped calcium borophosphate (CBP) phosphors were prepared by solid state reaction method. These characterized XPS, photoluminescence (PL) decay profiles. XPS spectra recorded discussed about various anionic groups. NIR measured studied for Nd3+ Er3+ CBP different concentrations. The PL measurements showed that the intensity luminescence increased with increasing doping upto 0.6 mol % then decreased at higher due to concentration quenching effect both ions. Decay curves obtained energy levels, 4F3/2 4I13/2 in these lifetimes measured. In case ion, visible emission profiles also phosphors. CIE color chromaticity diagrams are drawn ions above results might be useful green applications.
